If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date of order without giving any reason.The product should be unused, undamaged and carefully packaged.The parcel must be shipped with the completed return form listed below. The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be covered by the customer. The refund will be made no longer than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract. We reserve the right to hold the refund until the product is received. The refund will be credited to the account indicated in the form.

Complaint
If after receiving the product you ordered you find any defects in it, please inform us. If you want to make a complaint about the purchased product, please fill out the complaint form, which can be found at the bottom of the page. Please send the completed form together with the document confirming the purchase of the goods to us at the address:

The complaint will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the goods by the Activesquare Sp. z o. o. If you have any questions about your complaint, please contact our office at the following phone number +48 794 701 958
If the complaint is considered in favor of the customer - Activesquare Sp. z o.o. will immediately replace the defective product with a defect-free one or will remove the defect. This does not affect the customer's ability to submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract. If it is not possible to replace the product, remove the defect or reduce the price, we will return the amount immediately to the account number indicated in the form. If the complaint is not accepted, the goods will be sent back with an opinion as to the unjustifiedness of the complaint.
